Validate the baseline
I sit with the person who actually does the work and measure the real numbers: how often the task happens, how long each instance takes, and how much of it is conservatively avoidable. If a figure isn’t validated by the workflow owner, it counts as zero.

Remove the overlap
I strip out duplication, re-keying, handoffs and rework that add time but not value. Where two recommendations touch the same task, I count the larger one only - never the same hour twice.

Keep the human gate
Every recommendation is designed to keep professional judgment, and anything client-facing, with your people. AI drafts, organises, researches and flags. It never advises, decides, or files.
The time-back standard
Every counted hour uses the same formula.
No inflated estimates, no cherry-picked wins. The same conservative calculation is applied to every opportunity, and the total is rounded down.

Below 5.00 validated, non-overlapping team-hours a week across the firm, the $999 Assessment fee is refunded.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers identified opportunity - a validated, feasible way to recover time. It does not promise realised savings, staff adoption, revenue, or any legal, tax or professional outcome. Those depend on decisions and judgment that stay firmly with your firm.
