what i did
- co-founded it with two co-founders and launched it at a live event on 15 jan 2026.
- built an MCP server so AI agents can draft, schedule and reply - always with approval.
what changed
- about 75% of early signups did nothing. we found why and fixed it live on stream.
- 80 people signed up from my YouTube videos, 5 reached checkout, 0 paid. an agent found a 98.8% attribution gap, so we rebuilt the tracking.
- 47 active paid subscriptions as of 26 sep 2026 (Stripe).
what it proves
people pay for it, and the product keeps shipping in public.
what it doesn’t
that it's a big business yet. 47 subscriptions is a start, not a win.
