This policy explains how I handle information for the Lennox Saint AI workflow advisory. It is written in plain language and kept deliberately short. Questions? Email lennox@lennoxsaint.com.
What I collect
- Details you send me (name, firm, email, and the sanitised workflow facts you choose to share).
- Booking details when you schedule a call.
- Basic, privacy-preserving analytics about site usage (no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking).
I ask you not to send client names, matter files or any confidential or privileged material. See the confidentiality boundary.
Processors I use
- Stripe - payments and invoicing. Stripe handles card and billing data; I don’t store card numbers.
- Google Calendar - appointment scheduling for calls.
- PostHog - privacy-first, cookieless product analytics. Configured without personal profiles and without collecting your IP where possible.
- Vercel - website hosting and performance (Core Web Vitals) measurement.
- Microsoft 365 - email.
Interview recordings
The 45-minute Assessment discovery is recorded so I can analyse the workflow accurately. You are told before recording and can decline. I store the recording securely, use it only to prepare your Assessment, and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after delivery.
Retention
I keep information only as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask me to access or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email lennox@lennoxsaint.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to ask a privacy question. Australian residents can also raise concerns with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
