Find Five in 48 terms
Effective 2026-07-26.
In plain English
- You pay $999 USD. I find and validate five non-overlapping team-hours a week in your business, or you get the $999 back.
- The 48 hours are consecutive and start after your discovery call and completed prep, not at payment.
- Hours are counted under a strict eight-condition rule. I identify capacity; I do not build anything inside this engagement, and I never guarantee realised savings.
- If validation fails, you pick a refund or one bounded second look within one business day. Silence means refund.
- One missed session or prep deadline gets a reset. A second miss ends the engagement with a full refund.
- Evidence must be sanitized. I refuse client files, credentials, and confidential documents, full stop.
1. The service and its boundary
Find Five in 48 is an assessment. It identifies and validates team-hours trapped in repeated work and recommends one workflow to fix first. It does not implement anything, and it does not guarantee realised savings, reduced payroll, or five hours actually reclaimed. Validated hours are addressable capacity: a defensible finding about where time goes, not a promise about what happens after you act on it.
The engagement covers: a sanitized workflow intake, one 45-minute discovery session, a written verdict delivered within the 48-hour clock (section 6), one combined 45-minute findings and Blueprint Lock-in session, and, after a successful Lock-in, three build-readiness documents delivered within two business days.
2. Price and payment
The price is $999 USD, paid in full through Stripe checkout on this site. Prices in US dollars. Payment secures the seat reserved by your passed Fit Check (section 7). There are no instalments, add-on fees, or upsells inside the Assessment.
3. The valid-hour rule
An hour counts toward the five only when it has all of:
- a representative recurring baseline;
- contemporaneous process evidence;
- owner or process-lead corroboration;
- a specific intervention within the business’s control;
- recurring replacement, administration, and review time deducted;
- no duplication or overlap with any other counted hour;
- no shifting of the same work to another person in the team; and
- no speculative growth, one-off backlog, hoped-for behaviour change, or unverified estimate.
All eight conditions apply to every counted hour. If a claimed hour fails any one of them, it is struck out of the calculation.
4. The Find Five Promise
If I cannot validate five non-overlapping team-hours per representative week under section 3, you have one business day from receiving the verdict to choose one of two doors:
- a full $999 refund plus an evidence closeout documenting what was checked; or
- one no-fee second look, capped at 5 business days, including one additional 45-minute call and 4 hours of additional analysis.
If the second look still fails to validate five hours, the refund is automatic. There is no repeat extension under any circumstances. If you do not respond within the business day, the engagement defaults to the refund. A refunded buyer receives the evidence closeout but not the build-readiness documents or the Sprint credit.
5. Attendance and the one-reset rule
After payment, you complete the sanitized prep and book your discovery session. One missed prep deadline or missed session is reset without penalty. A second miss closes the engagement: the $999 is refunded, the seat is released, and no build-readiness documents or Sprint credit are created.
6. The 48-hour clock
The 48-hour delivery window means 48 consecutive hours, not business hours. It starts only when both of these are done: the discovery session is complete, and your evidence-ready prep is complete. Only discovery slots I can literally fulfil are offered, including around weekends and public holidays, so the clock is never scheduled to fail.
7. Capacity and reservation
I support at most 4 active paid businesses at any time, across everything I sell. A passed Fit Check reserves one available seat for 48 hours. Payment secures the seat; expiry of the reservation releases it. When capacity is full, qualified teams join a waitlist and cannot pay until a seat opens.
8. The Sprint credit
A successful, non-refunded Assessment creates a $999 USD credit toward the 14-Day Workflow Proof Sprint, valid for 7 calendar days from the successful Lock-in session. The Sprint is a separate, optional engagement offered privately; nothing in these terms obliges you to buy it or me to offer it if capacity is full. No credit is created for a refunded or closed engagement, and the credit has no cash value.
9. Evidence and confidentiality
The engagement runs on sanitized process evidence only: how work runs, how often, and how long it takes, with client-identifying detail removed. I refuse to receive client files, credentials, confidential or privileged documents, and raw personal data. If such material arrives anyway, I delete it and ask you to resend a sanitized version; the prep is not complete until the evidence is clean. How this website itself handles data is covered by the privacy policy.
10. Refund mechanics
Every refund under these terms is the full $999, returned to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days of the refund decision, together with the evidence closeout. Refunds are manual but the decision rule is not: where these terms say a refund is automatic or the default, no further negotiation is required from you. Questions about a refund go to lennox@lennoxsaint.com.
Status note, dated 2026-07-26: these terms are a plain-English draft written by Lennox Saint and are awaiting professional legal review. The commitments in them are real and I will honour them as written, but the wording has not yet been checked by a lawyer.
