Plain-language terms for engaging Lennox Saint for AI workflow advisory. By booking a call or the Assessment, you agree to these.

What the service is

Workflow support - not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. AI is used to organise, research, draft and flag; it does not make professional judgments. Those, and anything client-facing, remain with your firm. See the confidentiality boundary.

Price and payment

The AI Time-Back Assessment is $999 total. Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not charged. Payment is by card or invoice before the discovery call.

The guarantee

The Assessment is backed by a refund guarantee for identified opportunity, set out in full in the refund policy. It does not guarantee realised savings, adoption, revenue, or any professional outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide sanitised workflow facts only - no confidential or privileged client material.
• Validate the baseline inputs (frequency and handling time) honestly.
• Keep professional review and decisions with your qualified people.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the specific refund guarantee, the service is provided without warranties, and my liability is limited to the fees you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
